Reports

The Reports feature in 1LYOptions provides daily expert market insights to help traders prepare before the market opens. Reports are updated every day at 8:00 AM and can be accessed directly from the Report icon in the top navigation bar.

  1. Accessing Reports
  2. On the header (top-right), click the green “REPORT” icon.
  3. A pop-up opens with details about the available reports.

  4. Reports can be downloaded in PDF format for detailed reading.

  5. What’s Inside the Report
    Each daily report includes:

Market Bulletin
- NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY, and SENSEX outlook.
- Pre-market cues such as global market performance, crude oil, bond yields, and index trends.

Global Markets Overview
- Performance of major indices like Dow Jones, Nasdaq, S&P 500, Nikkei, Hang Seng, FTSE.
- Highlights of global trends (e.g., US bond yields, crude oil prices, international futures).

Stocks to Watch
- Positive News: Key corporate developments, acquisitions, fund-raises, or strong results.
- Negative News: Updates that may trigger selling (resignations, weak earnings, regulatory actions).

Technical Analysis
- Support and resistance levels for NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY, SENSEX.
- Pivot points (Classic, Fibonacci, Camarilla, etc.).
- Put/Call Ratio (PCR).
- FII (Foreign Institutional Investor) activity insights.
- Market sentiment indicators (Bullish / Bearish).

Actionable Insights
- Trading levels for intraday and swing setups.
- Suggested bias: “Look for long near support or short near resistance breakout.”

  1. How to Use Reports
    Pre-Market Preparation (8 AM):
  2. Check global cues and index outlook.
  3. Identify bullish/bearish bias for the day.

Stock Selection:
- From Stocks to Watch, shortlist positive/negative news stocks.
- Add them to your Watchlist in 1LYOptions.

Execution Plan:
- Use support/resistance from technical analysis as entry/exit points.
- Confirm with Scanners or Charts tab before placing orders.

Market Insights

The Market Insights icon, located in the Header (Top Navigation Bar), provides traders with a snapshot of market sentiment, global cues, and institutional activity. It is designed to give quick pre-market and intraday insights to help plan trades.

  1. Accessing Market Insights
  2. Click the Market Insights icon in the header (resembles a graph symbol).
  3. A dashboard opens with three sections:
  4. Market Mood
  5. Global Markets

  6. FII vs DII

  7. Market Mood

  8. Displays a Fear & Greed Index to measure investor sentiment.
  9. Range: Extreme Fear → Fear → Neutral → Greed → Extreme Greed.
  10. Current value shows the market sentiment score (e.g., 69.37 = Greed).
  11. Helps traders understand if markets are overheated (greedy) or cautious (fearful).

  12. Example: 69.37 = Greed zone, indicating investors are buying aggressively.

  13. Global Markets
    Tracks the performance of key global indices that influence Indian markets.

Displayed Indices:
- Gift Nifty
- US Tech 100
- Dow Jones (DJIA)
- Nikkei 225
- S&P 500
- Hang Seng
- FTSE 100

Columns include:
- Index Name
- Current Points
- Change (Points & %)

Example: US Tech 100 at 22,075.77 (+0.77%).

  1. FII vs DII Activity
  2. Shows institutional investor flows for a selected date range.
  3. FII (Foreign Institutional Investors): Net inflows/outflows in Indian markets.
  4. DII (Domestic Institutional Investors): Buying/selling activity by Indian institutions.
  5. Displayed as a line chart comparing FII vs DII values.
  6. Users can change the date range using the calendar selector.

User Profile Menu

The User Profile Menu is located in the top-right corner of the header, represented by the green profile icon. Clicking on this icon opens a dropdown menu with multiple utilities and account options.

  1. Profile Dropdown Options
  2. User ID (e.g., 1800981): Displays your registered trading ID.
  3. Calculators: Access in-built financial calculators (Options Pricing, Fibonacci, Pivot Points).
  4. Refer and Earn: Invite friends to join 1LYOptions and earn referral benefits.
  5. Light Mode / Dark Mode: Toggle between display themes for better viewing comfort.

  6. Logout: Securely log out of your account.

  7. Calculators
    The Calculators section provides essential tools for traders to plan and validate strategies.

A. Options Price (Black & Scholes Model)
- Spot Price
- Strike Price
- Expiry Date
- Volatility (%)
- Interest Rate (%)
- Dividend Yield (%)
- Click Calculate → The result displays the fair option price.

B. Fibonacci Levels
- Generate retracement and extension levels based on stock/index prices.
- Helps identify potential support and resistance zones for trades.

C. Pivot Points
- Calculate multiple pivot levels (Classic, Camarilla, Woodie’s, Fibonacci).
- Useful for intraday trading strategies.
- Displays Support (S1–S3) and Resistance (R1–R3) levels.

  1. Refer and Earn
  2. Share your referral link with friends.
  3. Earn rewards when they sign up and start trading.

  4. Benefits are credited directly into your trading account or as platform perks.

  5. Light / Dark Mode

  6. Toggle between Light Mode and Dark Mode for personalized viewing.

  7. Useful for long trading hours to reduce eye strain.

  8. Logout

  9. Always click Logout before closing your session.
  10. This ensures your account remains secure.
